O’Neill Events and Marketing’s Keli O’Neill Wenzel serves as Founding Executive Director and producer of this hugely popular annual festival. Created amidst an industrial landscape of warehouses, commercial haunts, historic buildings and old city streets, Boulevardia is built each year from the ground up, and for two days becomes a pop-up nation. The event boasts three stages featuring national, regional and local performing artists (40+ in 2015).

O’Neill manages and solicits all sponsorships for Boulevardia. Sponsorship revenue exceeds $200,000 annually. Sponsors include: Boulevard Brewing Company, Propaganda 3, Central States, NTDF, UMB Bank, Farmland, HopCat, Guy’s Snacks, Spanish Gardens, Big Green Egg, The Kansas City Royals, Renewal by Andersen and Pepsi.
